2019 Pre-Conference Registration Details
Attendees! Please note: the main ticket may say "FREE", but it is simply a pass way to the paid tickets options within the registration form.
"Dealing with Unreasonable Complainant Conduct" - MONDAY, September 16th. This is a one day workshop. Attendance is capped at 40 each day. The pre-conference fee includes breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.
- For USOA Members thru 08/15/19 - US$275.00 (US$325.00 after 08/15/19)
- For Non Members thru 08/15/19 - US$325.00 (US$375.00 after 08/15/19)

Payment Instructions:
If you are paying with a credit card, simply select pay online and the system will guide you through the process.
If you are paying by check, simply print a copy of your invoice and mail the check to: United States Ombudsman Association, 2500 W. 2nd Avenue, Suite 15, Indianola, IA 50125.
