Our members represent Ombudsman offices across the United States, Canada, Central America, and other parts of the globe with a variety of jurisdictions or authorities.

Membership in USOA is set by annual dues and annual renewal. Voting membership is $150 each year, Associate membership is $125, and Retiree membership is $35.00.

Once the form is completed, click confirm and proceed with payment either by credit card or by invoice for check or ACH.  If you are paying by check, simply print a copy of your invoice and mail along with check to:
