2017 Pre-Conference Registration Details
You can only register and attend one pre-conference workshop option. The sessions run concurrently to one another. This is for the TUESDAY Dealing with Unreasonable Complainant Conduct.
Attendees! Please note: the main ticket may say "FREE", but it is simply a pass way to the paid tickets options within the registration form.
"Dealing with Unreasonable Complainant Conduct" - TUESDAY - October 3rd. This is a one day workshop. Attendance is capped at 40. The pre-conference fee includes lunch and refreshment breaks.

- For Non Members by 08/30/2017 - US$325.00 (US$375.00 after 08/30/2017)

Payment Instructions:
If you are paying with a credit card, click on the Pay online button and the system will guide you through the process. Please note that we are using PayPal as a third party administrator. However, if you do not have a PayPal account, you are still able to pay with a credit card by clicking the option on the screen that says Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later.
If you are paying by check, simply close out of your screen include a copy of your invoice (delivered to your email address automatically) and mail the check to: United States Ombudsman Association, 200 W. 2nd Avenue, Indianola, IA 50125.
*If you wish to be shown on the website as a conference attendee, please check the option at the bottom of the registration form that says “Include name in list of event registrants ”.
